Story 

 

Set fifteen years after the King of the Iron Fist Tournament 2, the story starts with Jun Kazama, who has been living a quiet life in Yakushima with her young son, Jin, who is the son of Kazuya Mishima.

 

Heihachi Mishima, meanwhile, has established the Tekken Force, an organization dedicated to the protection of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Using the company's influence, Heihachi is responsible for many events that have ultimately led to world peace. However, while on an excavation in Mexico, a squadron of Heihachi's Tekken Force is attacked and vanquished by a mysterious being. The only surviving soldier manages to relay a brief message to Heihachi, describing the perpetrator as an "Ogre" or a "Fighting God". Heihachi and a team of soldiers investigate, with Heihachi managing to catch a glimpse of the culprit. After seeing the Ogre character, Heihachi's long dormant dream of world domination is reawakened. He seeks to capture Ogre to use him for this goal.

Grand Theft Auto IV follows the story of Niko Bellic, an illegal immigrant and veteran of the Bosnian War. Niko creates ties with the Liberty City Bratva through Roman’s loan shark Vladimir Glebov and later makes acquaintance with a major figure of the Bratva, Mikhail Faustin and his associate, Dimitri Rascalov. Niko completes jobs for Faustin before joining Dimitri’s plot to betray Faustin and take over the organization. Niko assassinates Faustin on Dimitri’s orders, but is then betrayed by Dimitri himself. It is revealed that Dimitri is actually in collusion with Ray Bulgarin, a former employer of Niko who orders his men to kill him. Niko fights his way through the ambush with the help of Little Jacob, a Jamaican arms dealer whom Niko befriended earlier. Dimitri and Bulgarin escape, however, and Jacob suggests dealing with them later.

The Fast & Furious movies are known and loved for their over-the-top pomp and insane stunt driving. It's good dumb fun, and that's the thing action games are best at. That’s why it’s such a surprising letdown that Fast & Furious: Showdown fails on practically every level to capture any of its cinematic brethren’s frantic energy and enthusiasm for lovely destruction. This feels like the bare minimum for what it takes to be a racing game. Are there cars? Yes. Is it interactive? Yes. Is it possible tocomplete? Yes. Is there even the slightest modicum of entertainment to be found within its soulless shell? Absolutely not.

That mission, like most of the 30 included, was mercifully over within four or five minutes. If you do the math, you come out with a completion time of roughly.

Better Games Based On Movies two and a half hours, or three if you account for the wildly uneven difficulty that flips between patronizingly simple and stupidly difficult. Even at that length, I felt that Showdown seemed to actively try to persuade me to stop playing before I reached the finish line.
